Here is an overhead of the locale in Ken's message about the land in Orange MA .
Looks like it is near Lake Mattawa. His message said frontage on both Fairman and Camp so its on one side or the other of the "T" in the bottom right. Listing today says $110K which is +35K from the message, now that's appreciation for you!

Hey you did it!...I received a member invite, and hear I go able to start a new post from my normal blooger log on screen....you are becomeing an expert! Now go get high speed Internet so you can talk on the phone and post at the same time!...your expertise will grow in leaps and bounds on this the greatest technology advance since Pampers and the Microwave oven....one thing that would be nice is to capture satellite views of potential sites, to illustrate proximity and character of beach/roads/nearby prpoerties.

It was great to see you all in April....can't wait for some time to look at potential sites this summer....can't wait to go fishin....can't wait for the school year to end...mid-quarter reports this week...YUK!

please email me the two files on your computer that i started to capture some time-share ideas...I will clean them up and post them in order to start a topic on that sort of idea....rocky out
